Appointment Process

At Best Friends we find that booking appointments is an organized way that works well to cater to our clients requested times and needs; for that reason we do not have a walk-in appointment policy, we go by booked appointments only. This does not apply to pet emergencies.

We try to accommodate your needs to the best of our ability, meaning booking your appointments with the doctor of your preference. Please understand our doctor's do their best to be available most times and days, but their scheduals could change unexpectadly.

We do realize that your time is valuable and try very hard not to keep you waiting. However, our time for our appointments is also valuable. Thus we do have a $25.00 fee for missed appointments.
